Life Updates:

• got myself a 6TB Synology NAS and couldnt be happier with it; finally i dont have to syncronise my music library between all of my devices, and finally im going to actually seed all of the torrents i illegaly obtain!
• lately my chest has been hurting for some reason?? going to the doctor tomorrow, hoping its nothing serious. (worst comes to worst, ill finally have smth to write about)

Currently playing way too much stuff:

• Half-Life 2 (2004) 20th Anniversary Update (2024) - HL2 was a formational experience for me; its a reason why i love videogames as a form of art, and why i love art period.
• Baldur’s Gate 3 (2023) with Wife - im usually sadly allergic to CRPGs, but this is really good; also i love my wife!!!!
  • also, as a true Fake Gaemer i havent played any of the classic bioware titles beforehand;
  • also it somehow almost bricked my brand new SSD??
• Prey (2017) - i really hope there’s no hidden pacifist endings here, because after playing through 2.5 dishonored games with 0 kills i’m Done with stealth and No Longer Care about violence.
  • Update: i was notified that perhaps i’m making a mistake ╮(╯-╰)╭
• Deadly Premolition: The Director’s Cut (2013) - the twin peaks vibes are immensely enjoyable; but i didnt expect to see so much stuff resembling specifically Alan Wake II (2023)
• Tetrachroma (2024) - bought this after seeing a random recommendation on blusky - and i dont regret this one bit! probably the smoothest and most enjoyable tetri Brick Game clone i’ve ever played! Haven’t properly tried the titular *chromatic game modes yet, just thinking about it makes my head hurt.

Currently watching:
